(A) The meter deposit required to be paid by consumers of the light and power plant of the town for residential properties shall be $100.
(B) The meter deposit required to be paid by consumers of the light and power plant of the town for business properties shall be $100.
(C) If at any time, for any reason, service to a consumer is discontinued, the meter deposit must be paid before the service will be reinstated.
(D) After the initial $100 deposit for the first metered unit, the deposit will be $40 for each additional unoccupied metered unit owned by the same user.
