§ 52.081  DELINQUENT PENALTY ON SEWAGE FEES.
   The town adopts the provisions of I.C. 36-9-23-31 and hereby assesses a penalty of 10% of the amount of sewage fees on any account not paid within the time fixed for payment of sewage fees.
