A. Permitted: Where two (2) or more types of duly licensed businesses are conducted within a single establishment by the same person, and in accordance with section 10-11-11 of this Code, a combination license may be issued therefor. However, such combination license shall not include licenses for beer, Christmas tree lots or fireworks stands. (Ord. 09-12, 10-13-2009)
B. Fee: The annual fee for such combination licenses shall be a total of the full regular fee for each type of business. (Ord. 11-07, 4-26-2011)
