The application for the permit to use the swimming pool shall evidence on its face that the conditions of Section 1464.02 have been fulfilled. Upon inspection by the Building Inspector, the permit shall be granted if the Inspector finds that, in fact, the conditions have been fulfilled. This permit for use shall apply to all swimming pools presently in existence. Bodies of water two acres or more are excluded from this chapter.
