EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 1970-R11, passed October 12, 1970, abolished the South Russell Mayor's Court and provided that all matters formerly processed before such Court shall be processed by the Chardon Municipal Court. There are no sections in Chapter 280. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
