§ 154.039 CHECKLIST COMPLETED.
   (A)   General. In order to qualify for approval, the preliminary plan shall be accompanied by a properly executed checklist as shown in § 154.115.

   (B)   Changes or revisions. The Plan Commission and/or Zoning Administrator may recommend or the Village Board may require changes or revisions as are deemed necessary in the interests and needs of the community.

   (C)   Approval; tentative. The approval of a preliminary plan by the Plan Commission and the Village Board is tentative only, involving merely the general acceptability of the layout as submitted.

   (D)   Certificate. Approval shall consist of a certificate to that effect on the preliminary plan signed by the Chairperson of the Plan Commission and by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Village Board.
