§ 130.028 AID TO AN OFFENSE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, in any way or manner, to aid, abet, counsel, advise or encourage any other person in the commission of any of the acts mentioned herein or in any manner, encourage the commission of that offense hereby defined.
