§ 130.022 CIGARETTES OR TOBACCO; SALE OF TO MINORS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, buy for, or furnish any cigar or cigarette or tobacco in any of its forms to any minor under 18 years of age unless upon the written order of the parent or guardian.
