§ 130.020 BARBED WIRE AND ELECTRIC FENCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any barbed wire or other such sharp, pointed fence below eight feet in height and no electrically-charged fence shall be erected or maintained, except in an agricultural or conservation zone district.
