§ 130.002 CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED.
   The Illinois Criminal Code, Ill. Rev. Stat., Ch. 38, as passed, approved and amended by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village; provided, however, the penalties as provided by this code shall apply.
