§ 93.02 NUISANCES DETRIMENTAL TO HEALTH.

No building, vehicle, structure, receptacle, yard, lot, premise or part thereof shall be made, used, kept, maintained or operated in the village if the use, keeping, maintenance of same shall be dangerous or detrimental to health.
