Any person who fails to dispose of an inoperable motor vehicle(s) or parts thereof or an abandoned motor vehicle under his or her control within the period of time delineated in the notice served pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day the offense continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
