§ 92.11 ACCUMULATION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause garbage or rubbish to accumulate or remain on any property occupied or owned by that person or upon any adjoining street, alley, sidewalk or right-of-way.
   (B)   In the event that any such person shall be in violation of this section, and shall thereafter fail or refuse to properly remove and dispose of the garbage or rubbish within five days of having been given notice by certified mail, the village may cause the garbage or rubbish to be removed and the person so in violation shall be responsible for any and all charges and expenses associated with the removal and disposal of the garbage or rubbish.
