(A) Any person, entity, occupant or property owner who is found to be in violation of this chapter, unless otherwise specifically provided for, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Use of the dumpster without payment of the applicable fees, verification of residency or use other than authorized in § 92.12 shall subject the user to a citation and fine of up to $500.
