The monthly fee, issued to the owner(s) or possessor(s) of any residence or other property who receive(s) service through the village, for collection of garbage and recycling shall be $19.76 per month. The monthly fee for the owner(s) or possessor(s) of the age of 65 years or older shall be $17.29 for the service. The late penalty charge for any late trash payment under this section shall be the same penalty now in effect for late payment of water and sewer bills, or as it may be amended from time to time.
