Every license shall expire on April 30 following the date of its issuance; and a license fee to be paid to the Village Clerk for the license herein required shall be as follows, to-wit:
(A) Full license fee.
(1) On every automobile, truck, motorcycle or motor-propelled vehicle, the license fee shall be in the sum of:
(a) Per motorcycle: $10;
(b) Per automobile: $10;
(c) Per truck under 8,000 pounds: $10; and
(d) Per truck over 8,000 pounds: $10.
(2) If the above license fee is paid on or before May 1 of each year, the resident shall receive a 50% discount of the above fees.
(B) Half-year license fee. Any resident of the village applying for a license after November 1, as aforesaid, shall pay the sum of $5 for every automobile, truck or motor-propelled vehicle; and
(C) Senior citizen license. Any person 65 years of age or older who displays to the Village Clerk proof of age and ownership of a motor vehicle may obtain for the vehicle the motor vehicle license herein provided for at 25% of the fee otherwise applicable for an annual license.
