(A) There shall be and there is hereby established a minimum charge and a basic user rate for the use of and for service supplied by the wastewater facilities of the village. The following charges shall be the minimum charges to all users whose water consumption does not exceed 2,000 gallons per month for the time periods so indicated:
$20.20 | For the year beginning July 1, 2020 |
(B) The following shall be the basic user rate 1,000 gallons or portion thereof for water consumption in excess of 2,000 gallons per month for the period so indicated:
$7.20 | For the year beginning July 1, 2020 |
