The following rates for the use and service supplied by the waterworks system shall be based upon the amount of water consumed per month as follows:
(A) Sixteen dollars, sixty cents for the billing month’s first 2,000 gallons delivered to the residence, office, establishment, building or connection; and
(B) After the delivery thereafter of 2,000 gallons during any billing month: $5.22 for each 1,000 gallons so delivered.
(C) Residential pool filling credit.
(1) Residential sewer service customers are eligible once per calendar year to receive a credit for metered water used to fill an outdoor swimming pool. Sewer users must inform Water Clerk within 14 days of filling the swimming pool to be eligible for a pool credit.
(2) The Water Clerk will provide a $25 credit to the resident water account.
