§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any firm, person, or corporation who violates or resists the enforcement of any provision of § 150.03, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
