(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates § 130.01 and any parent, guardian, or anyone acting in their behalf who knowingly permits a child to violate § 130.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 each time such an offense is committed. Each solicitation in violation of § 130.01 shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Pursuant to § 130.02, every person so offending shall forfeit and pay to said village not less than $3 nor more than $25 for every such offense.
