§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 90.01 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500 for each violation of § 90.01.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 90.03 shall be fined not less than $100 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during, or on, which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Every person found guilty of creating a nuisance, as defined in § 90.04, shall be fined not less $100 for each and every such offense.

   (E)   Every person violating § 90.05 shall be fined not less than $100 for each and every offense.
