§ 130.04 VIOLATORS.
   No person under the age of 18 years apprehended under § 130.02 shall be placed in confinement. The minor shall be taken to his or her home and the parent, guardian, or legal custodian of the minor shall be notified to appear with the minor in County Juvenile Court in accordance with state law.
