It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to remain in and upon any sidewalk, street, avenue, lane, alley, or other public place within the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day, except for Friday and Saturday where the curfew hours will be between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following day. For the period of each year commencing on May 1 and ending on September 30, the established curfew time shall be 11:00 p.m. This subchapter will not apply if the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult individual having legal custody of the minor.
