(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 130.20 through 130.22 for the first time shall be fined in an amount of not less than $5, nor more than $250. Any person violating any provision of §§ 130.20 through 130.22 for two or more times during a one-year period shall be fined in an amount of not less than $250, nor more than $500.
