§ 71.04 CAPACITY OF TRUCKS USING COLLECTOR STREETS.
   (A)   No tanker of any type shall be permitted to travel on, traverse, move on, or park on any collector streets and local streets located in the city if the vehicle has a total capacity in excess of 3,000 gallons.
   (B)   A COLLECTOR STREET is defined as any public thoroughfare which serves to collect and distribute traffic primarily from local to arterial streets.
   (C)   LOCAL STREETS are defined as roadways which are designed to be used primarily for direct access to abutting properties and feeding into another street system.
