§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100.

   (B)   Section 71.04. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 71.04 shall be fined in the amount of not less than $5 or more than $100.
   (C)   Sections 72.15 through 72.17. All other persons who occupy reserved parking spaces without a handicapped license plate or permit shall be subject to a fine in an amount of not less than $5, nor more than $100. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any fine to be paid as provided in this division (B) shall be paid at the City Building, 122 Electric Avenue, Southgate, Kentucky 41071, the fine to be paid within five days from the date of the notice of the violation.

   (D)   Chapter 73, Schedule II. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of Chapter 73, Schedule II, shall be fined an amount not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each violation.
