§ 71.02 RECKLESS DRIVING.

It shall be unlawful to operate or drive a motor vehicle within the city without due regard for the safety and rights of pedestrians, drivers, and occupants of all other vehicles or so as to endanger the life, limb, or property of any person while lawfully using the highways.
