(A) All questions of the application of the terms of this chapter shall first be directed to the Trustee who chairs the standing committee on public property and building inspection, who shall act as the Building Inspector.
(B) It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to enforce this chapter and amendments thereto. Appeals from the Building Inspector shall be taken to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
