In addition to all other requirements of village code, accessory buildings in excess of 150 square feet in a Residential District:
(A) Shall not utilize metal cladding;
(B) Shall not utilize solid sawn posts or laminated columns;
(C) Shall not utilize embedded concrete piers or wooden posts or poles directly embedded into the ground;
(D) Shall be constructed utilizing wood studs on 16- or 24-inch centers, steel framing or concrete masonry;
(E) Shall not have side walls in excess of ten feet in height; and
(F) Shall be constructed on a continuous foundation.
