(A) Licenses issued pursuant to correlated Ord. 89-12-01 and Ord. 90-01-01 are presumed to have met the licensing requirements of this chapter (Ord. 94-05-03) and are hereafter subject to this chapter.
(B) Village liquor control ordinance, correlated Ord. 89-12-01 and Ord. 90-01-01, is repealed simultaneously with the effective date of this chapter, and Ord. 93-04-02 shall continue in effect subject to future amendment(s) or repeal.
