(A) Any violation of this chapter is punishable by:
(1) Denial of a new license, or by suspension or revocation of an existing license, in accordance with § 112.11; or
(2) By a fine of up to $500 per day, for each day upon which a violation occurs or continues, or both.
(B) A separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed for each day upon which a violation occurs.
