§ 112.13 HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   No alcoholic liquor shall be sold before 7:00 a.m. on any day.
   (B)   (1)   The closing time for each classification of license of the village shall be as follows.

10:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 11:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday
 
      (2)   Any Class 1BB license issued by the village shall hereafter be considered an outdoor tavern area permit issued pursuant to this chapter, as amended.
   (C)   All times between the closing time and opening times shall be closed hours. No alcoholic liquors shall be sold, donated, bartered, exchanged, served or transferred by a licensee or consumed by a licensee’s patron(s) during closed hours.
