§ 51.40 DUMPING OF GARBAGE, RUBBISH.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit, leave, cause or permit to be thrown, placed, deposited or left any rubbish, filth or garbage in or upon any portion of any street, alley or sidewalk within the limits of the village.
