§ 51.27 OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC.
   No vehicle used for the purpose of collection of garbage, rubbish or refuse of any kind shall be parked or operated upon any of the streets or alleys in the village in such a manner as to unduly obstruct or impede the vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
