§ 51.07 BURNING COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL REGULATED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall hereafter burn or ignite any combustible material within the corporate limits of the village unless such material shall be burned in an incinerator that is sufficiently screened to prevent the escape of ignited particles, soot and ashes; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to the burning of leaves, which may be burned upon the premises of the person burning same; provided, however, that all such fires shall be carefully supervised and watched, at all times, by the person or persons lighting the same so as to prevent the spread of fire or injuries to person or property.
