It shall be unlawful for any persons to cut, break, obstruct, damage, change, alter or otherwise interfere with any water pipe or water main or hydrant or sewer pipe or water tank or anything being a part of the waterworks or sewer system. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
