Within any secondary fire limit in the Town, no frame or wooden building or structure or addition thereto shall be erected, altered, repaired, or moved except on permit of the Building Inspector of the Town in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 111 of Volume 1 of the North Carolina State Building Code (1978 Edition), as amended, or other applicable regulations.
