(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, on conviction, be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A). Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the above penalty, the Town may apply to the General Court of Justice for a mandatory or prohibitory injunction and order of abatement directing the person, firm, or corporation to correct the violation in accordance with G.S. § 160A-175(e).
(C) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to all the applicable punishment, penalties, and equitable relief provided for by G.S. § 143-151.36.
