No person shall stand or be in any street, alley, or square or near a fire that is in progress in a way as to interfere with the duties of the Fire Department personnel. No person shall interfere with a firefighter in the discharge of their duty or hinder them in the performance of their duty; nor shall any person other than members of the Fire Department loiter about any fire station, or change, handle, or meddle in any manner with any fire apparatus or other Fire Department assigned property.
