(A) Parallel parking. Except as provided in division (B) below, all vehicles shall park parallel to the curb and not more than 12 inches therefrom.
(B) Angle parking. On streets or parts of streets designated and marked as zones for angle parking, as provided for in § 70.40, automobiles and other vehicles shall be parked at an angle to the curb as indicated by the markings.
(C) Parking between lines. On any street which is marked off with lines indicating the parking spaces for vehicles, vehicles shall be parked between the lines and it shall be unlawful for any person to park outside the lines.
