§ 120.25 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any provision or application of the Simplified Municipal Telecommunications Tax is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect any other application or the remaining provisions of this subchapter to the maximum extent permitted by law.
