Sections 120.20 through 120.26, inclusive, are intended to conform to the provisions of the Simplified Municipal Telecommunications Act, P.A. 92-526, or any amendatory or successor law. To the extent these provisions conflict with any other previously adopted chapters of the village, or parts thereof, these provisions shall prevail and supersede such other chapters, or parts thereof, to the extent required to cure such conflict.
