§ 117.07 PLEDGE OR PAWN OF SECONDHAND ARTICLE FORBIDDEN.

It shall be unlawful for any such licensee to receive any junk or secondhand article by way of pledge or pawn or shall be loan or advance any sum of money on the security of any such article or thing.
