§ 117.04 RECORD BOOK REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every Class A licensee shall provide and keep a book for five years, in which shall be written in the English language a complete record of all purchases or merchandise received, a description of each article purchased, the time, including the day and hour when, and the name and address of the person from whom such purchase was made. Said book or books shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of the President, Board of Trustees and members of the Police Department of the village.
   (B)   Every Class B licensee shall provide and keep a book for two years, in which shall be written in the English language a complete record of all purchases or merchandise or junk received, a description of each article purchased, the time, including the day and hour when, and the name and address of the person from whom such purchase was made. Said book or books shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of the President, Boardof Trustees and members of the Police Department of the village.
