§ 115.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of hawking or peddling in the village without first having obtained a license as herein provided. This subchapter is passed under the authority of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-42-5, and other applicable sections.
