No amusement ride or amusement attraction shall be operated at a carnival or fair unless the applicant for the special event permit shall provide the ZoningAdministrator with evidence of compliance with ILCS Ch. 430, Act 85, §§ 2-1 et seq., the Carnival and Amusement Rides Safety Act. Such evidence of compliance shall accompany the application for special event permit (as set forth in § 154.046(G) of the zoning code) and shall includebut not be limited to the submission of copiesof every permit or license issued under the Carnival and Amusement Rides Safety Act.
