§ 110.07 FINE COLLECTED FROM BOND; DESTROYING LICENSE; PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   Every bond given by the licensee where such bond is required under the ordinances of the village shall be conditioned among other things that the licensee will pay all fines or penalties assessed against him, or any person, agent or employee under him operating under such license, for the violation of any ordinance governing such license. It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to alter, change, mutilate, injure or destroy any license issued under the ordinances of the village while the same is in force, and whenever said ordinances prohibit anything to be done without first having a license so to do, it shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to do such things without first having obtained a license therefor as by the ordinances required.
