§ 156.06.M Principal Structure Encroachments
1.   Applicability. The following standards for principal structure encroachments apply to all zoning districts.
2.   Principal Structure Encroachments. Table 156.06.M-A. Permitted Principal Structure Encroachments establishes the components of a principal structure thai are permitted to encroach into required yards, provided that all additional requirements are met. Accessory structures are permitted to encroach into required yards in accordance with § 156.07.D (Accessory Structures and Uses).
