It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase or to attempt to purchase tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products, or to misrepresent his or her identity or age, or to use any false or altered identification for thepurpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products.
