All licenses issued hereunder and all licensees shall be subject to all the ordinances in force or to come into force during the term of any such license. Whenever the President of the Village Board is satisfied by evidence that any such licensee has violated any provision of this chapter, he may revoke the license so issued hereunder or impose fines or other discipline, using the procedures as set forth below. The Clerk shall keep a record of all the licenses issued hereunder.
